Show Notes

Meet Kathy McBride, Marilyn Lash, Robin Sawamura, and Jackie Morgan from American  Business Women's Association (ABWA) on Your  Voice Matters Podcast with Rebecca Dollinger.

As Americans get back to work, ABWA wants women to know it's never been more important to have a firm grasp of leadership development tools and educational resources. American Business Women's Association is committed to supporting ALL working women, whether they own a business or are employed. The smartest way to achieve equal pay is to ensure accessible education and leadership exists to move women through the higher levels of their business. Each guest featured in this episode holds an office within the national organization to do just that.

For 70 years women have been fighting for equal pay. Jackie, Kathy, Marilyn, and Robin unveil the resources ABWA offer to position and mentor them well within local districts and regions where they can enjoy support from others.

"If you don't have college, get college! Get educated online at YOUR pace. Increased educatio makes higher pay possible." ~ Jackie Morgan

From undergraduate to graduate work, the Stephen Bufton Memorial Educational Fund makes scholarships available for women who are U.S. citizens, and meet the requirements outlined at SBMEF.org.

Go to ABWA.org to learn more about opportunities in the Dallas area and others, and connect with these women on Facebook Instagram or LinkedIn to join a local meeting.
