What are people looking for that keeps them coming back to networking groups? According to David, it's about serving the people that show up. "That's your investment," says David. If you don't like the group or the person, over time, it just won't work. Great networking is about building relationships, and ideally, we want them to last as long as possible and grow because we get to know each other over time. It's like an organic search. Referrals come naturally when a person is well acquainted with others, so much so that it's natural to think of them when the opportunity presents itself.
