Advertising executive, parent, and avid researcher, Elka Olsen Carroll, has been researching corruption in the vaccine industry for the last 9 years. In 1986 Reagan signed protections for the vaccine industry into law. Since then, National Childhood Vaccine Compensation Act removed liability from the manufacturers. Not only that, the word 'vaccine' was removed from the description, replaced with the word 'biologic'.
